CHARLOTTE ALLEN

I am an intuitive facilitator, musician and guide, focusing on Ancestral Healing work. This basically means I focus on healing modalities that help us to connect with the innate truth of who we are and where we came from. There are a long line of ancestors who came before us- all singing, drumming- being in the wild truth of what it means to be a fully expressed human. Somewhere along the line, this got lost and many of us are disconnected from this truth. My approach is about reclaiming this and I offer voice classes to find your voice again (not as scary as it sounds- i promise!), drumming and intergenerational healing. Trauma is known to pass down from generation to generation and through a somatic approach (above) and through modalities such as Family Constellations- we're looking to unblock blockages in your family and your life. I have a background in coaching and hypnotherapy mixed with 15 years of formal music education. I then went on to do my formal training in family constellation and generational trauma release work and I am a certified trauma-informed practitioner and crisis intervention trained. I have an array of workshop holding experience from over 10 years in the corporate sector leading large groups, and from running my own healing offerings and spaces.
